Radiation Therapist Job in Fort Smith, AR

Mercy Hospital Fort Smith is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our Cancer Center and Radiation Oncology department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Deliver daily radiation therapy treatment to patients
• Operate Varian linear accelerator and Record and Verify System
• Use EPIC electronic medical records system
• Float as needed to support departmental operations

Schedule and Hours

• Variable shift schedule with 36 guaranteed hours per week (5x8 shifts)
• Every other weekend hours required
• No call requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Radiation Therapist
• Current ARRT certification
• Current BLS certification

Work Environment

• Black scrubs required
• Hoodies are not acceptable attire

Compensation

• Weekly pay: $1,654
