Job Details:

• Work weekends only, Friday through Monday schedule
• 8-hour shifts on Friday and Monday
• 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract length
• Every other weekend and every other holiday requirement
• Must be willing to float to other locations in South Region as needed (Plover, Divine Savior, Wisconsin Rapids)
• No on-call requirements, but may be placed on call for low census hours
• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours
• Call back minimum is 2 hours when called back to facility
• Required certifications: Wisconsin license, ARRT (R) (CT), and BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Minimum 2 years CT experience with x-ray experience required
• Operating room experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Equipment used: GE 64 Slice, Phillips portable and C-Arm
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius from facility
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Mask requirement during flu season if not vaccinated
