Pharmacist Travel Job in Ogden, UT

Join Ogden Regional Medical Center as a Pharmacist on a 13-week travel assignment. You will work a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule (Wednesday through Tuesday) with 10-hour night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM in a 24-hour pharmacy operation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Work independently with a pharmacy technician for 5.5 hours of your shift
• Provide clinical activities including consult services for warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, and insulin management
• Deliver drug information and intervention management across multiple care settings
• Support a wide variety of services including NICU, ICU, OR, three EDs, inpatient rehab, inpatient acute detox, behavioral health, and level II trauma center operations
• Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver patient-centered pharmacy care

Required Experience and Skills:

• Technician management experience
• Proficiency with Pyxis and CIISafe systems
• Experience with VigiLanz software
• Familiarity with Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS, BD Pyxis, and VigiLanz documentation systems
• BLS/ALS certification preferred but not required

What to Expect:

You will work within a five-pharmacist team (3 AM, 1 PM, 1 Night shift). Dress code is business casual or hospital-provided scrubs. The facility operates a 24-hour pharmacy with consistent night-shift staffing, providing stability and clear role expectations.

• Weekly pay: $2,890.80
