Certified Surgical Technologist Job in Nashville, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. This is a full-time position working 3x12-hour day shifts.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
• Days will vary based on unit needs; block schedule not available
• Late stays required based on unit needs
• Assignment duration: 91 days, starting July 13, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40

Work Environment:

• Vanderbilt University Adult Hospital (1000+ bed Level 1 trauma center)
• Thoracic/Vascular Team in a 56-bed OR with 5 procedural rooms
• Inpatient and outpatient cases
• May float between ORs within the facility, not between locations

Case Experience Required:

• Thoracic and vascular experience mandatory
• Proficiency in endovascular cases required
• Scrub experience essential
• Exposure to all case types: neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, and hepatic-biliary
• Adult patient population only

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years OR experience
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Current NBSTSA certification with documentation on file at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Only NBSTA certification accepted

This position requires an interview and manager offer process. You will work in a dynamic Level 1 trauma environment with a wide variety of surgical cases and specialized procedural needs.
