Physical Therapist Job in Peridot, AZ

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting at Arizona San Carlos Apache Healthcare Center in Peridot, AZ. This is your opportunity to provide direct patient care in a clinic-based environment focused on physical therapy services.

Your Role

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy treatments to patients
• Work alongside two full-time physical therapists in the clinic
• Provide evidence-based care and therapeutic interventions

Schedule and Duration

You have flexible scheduling options: work either four 10-hour shifts per week or five 8-hour shifts per week, whichever suits your preference. This assignment is 89 days in length, starting May 4, 2026.

What We're Looking For

You must have strong outpatient experience and demonstrated expertise in outpatient physical therapy treatments. Your background should reflect a solid understanding of patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic exercise in the outpatient clinic setting.

Compensation

You will earn $2,717 per week.
