Physical Therapist Job in Wautoma, WI

ThedaCare Physicians - Wautoma is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This is a 100% outpatient position where you'll work 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting
• Collaborate with a part-time PT, 2 PTAs, and part-time OT
• Use EPIC for patient charting and documentation
• Float to other ThedaCare facilities as needed
• Provide holiday coverage as required
• Complete an 8-hour unbillable orientation

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• 1-2+ years of PT experience (new graduates considered)
• Outpatient clinic experience required
• Current Wisconsin PT License
• AHA BLS certification
• EPIC charting experience within the last year
• Travel experience strongly preferred

What to Expect:

You'll work in an established outpatient clinic with no weekend or on-call requirements. This position does not accept candidates from facilities or home locations within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI. A manager phone interview is required as part of the selection process.
