<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician / Radiology</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Day shift position in Nuclear Medicine department<br>• Work with GE nuclear medicine equipment including GE Nuc Med equipment for cardiac imaging<br>• Perform typical procedures including Lexi Scans, Hida Scans, Gastric Emptying, Pulmonary Ventilation, Bone Scan, Liver Scans, Thyroid Scans, Renal Scans, and GI Bleed<br>• Required certifications: CNMT and Texas Medical Board certification<br>• Must have experience with GE equipment and familiarity with GE Nuc Med equipment for cardiac imaging<br>• Knowledge in Radiation Safety and Texas Regulations required<br>• Preferred experience with Y-90 procedures and lymphoscintigraphy procedures<br>• Use MediTech EMR system and McKesson PACS system<br>• Float to X-Ray department as needed<br>• Rotating on-call responsibilities and assist with weekend shifts<br>• Dress code: Hunter Green scrubs<br>• Must be self-motivated, efficient, and work well with others<br>• Located on 1st Floor Radiology in Main Building</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing advanced diagnostic imaging services.
