Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts with off-shift rotation
• On-call required 1-2 shifts per week (both weekday and weekend)
• Weekend coverage required (2 shifts per 6 weeks)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Scrub experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Must be able to handle approximately 55 visits per day in 10 operating rooms
• Skills required include anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, arthroscopy, cleft lip/palate repair, cystoscopy, eye trauma procedures, and pediatric general OR procedures
• Must be comfortable circulating and scrubbing
• Work with special equipment including Stealth Navigation, Laser, IntraOp MRI, and NICU OR equipment
• Care for patients ranging from neonates to adolescents
• Handle cases involving musculoskeletal diseases, hydrocephalus, congenital abnormalities, and various pediatric conditions
• Support various surgical specialties including pediatric general surgery, urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic surgery, and ophthalmology
