RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:45 AM to 4:15 PM (primary shift) or 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (variable)
• Pre-post variable schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Patient ratio of 3 staff members to 1 patient in procedural area
• Must take on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team
• Must be housed within 30 minutes of the Cath Lab
• Required: ACLS certification and 2 years Cath Lab experience
• Preferred: Holding experience and monitoring experience
• Work with GE Innova Fluoro Systems and Mac Lab equipment
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Perform procedures including LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention
• Handle pacers, ICDs, cardioversions, TEEs, tilt table tests, and dobutamine stress tests
• Work in unit with 3 holding bays and 2 cath suites
• Must demonstrate positive, flexible personality and engagement in high quality patient care
