Job Details:

• Work 10-hour day shifts, 4 days a week with 2 weekends per month required
• Split time between the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) depending on unit needs
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Work with patients recovering from neurological injuries and surgeries in an acute setting
• Provide geriatric rehabilitation services to elderly patients in the SNF setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient functional outcomes
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required
• Active California Physical Therapist license required
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation or acute inpatient care preferred
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation and SNF care preferred
• Strong knowledge of neurological disorders and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques required
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, documentation, and organizational skills required
• Charting system: Epic
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
