Registered Nurse - ER @ Christian Hospital

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - ER</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 12-hour night shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday<br>• 36 hours guaranteed per week for 3-12 hour shifts<br>• Patient ratio of 1:4 across all shifts<br>• 2 years of nursing experience required<br>• Travel experience required<br>• Every other weekend requirement<br>• Must float within scope to meet facility needs<br>• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS<br>• Preferred certifications: CPI and TNCC<br>• Navy scrubs required<br>• EPIC charting system experience required<br>• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics<br>• Handle approximately 127 visits per day in 38-bed emergency department<br>• Manage diverse emergency cases including trauma, medical emergencies, and some pediatric patients<br>• Separate area available for psychiatric patients<br>• Work with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary<br>• No on-call requirements<br>• Free parking provided</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This acute care hospital features 233 staffed beds and provides comprehensive emergency services with a dedicated 38-bed emergency department.
