Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule requires 36 hours per week with every other weekend as needed
• Travelers are first to float to other units
• Patient ratio of 1:6 on a 33-bed unit
• Unit secretary available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, 3 CNAs per shift, Charge RN each shift
• Perform hourly rounds on day shift and 2-hour rounds after 9:00 PM
• Work with electronic white boards, iPhones with iMobile, and remote telemetry equipment
• Document using Meditech system
• Inpatient chemotherapy administered by core nursing staff with ONS chemo training
• Required certification: BLS
• Preferred certifications: Med Surg, Palliative Care, ONS specialty certification
• Required dress code: Pewter colored scrubs and white in any combination
• Must have the right attitude to put patients first
