CT Technologist Job in Waterbury, CT

Saint Mary's Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging department on a 90-day travel assignment. You'll work the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM in a 5x8 schedule, with every other weekend required.

As a CT Technologist, your responsibilities include:

• Operating computed tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
• Positioning patients and explaining procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Monitoring patient vitals and safety throughout scanning protocols
• Maintaining detailed records and ensuring image quality standards
• Collaborating with radiologists and clinical staff to support patient care
• Following all safety protocols and infection control procedures

Qualifications:

• ARRT-CT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Allied Health Professional degree
• Experience operating CT equipment in a clinical setting
