About this role
You'll work as a Cardiovascular Technologist in the cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting August 10, 2026.
Schedule and Compensation
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- $3,550 weekly pay
- On-call requirements: 1–2 nights per week and every 4–5 weekends, depending on staffing needs
- Holiday and weekend on-call coverage expected
Your Role
You'll support a 6-room cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab with 9 holding bays. You'll handle 10–25 cases per day, ranging from diagnostic procedures to complicated percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and structural heart cases. Patient ratios are 1:3 in the holding area and 1:1 during procedures.
Flexibility Requirements
You may float between affiliated campuses or locations within the health system based on operational needs. Float assignments may occur with limited notice, including same-day adjustments. If instructed to report to an alternate location after arriving at your originally scheduled campus, mileage will be billable.
Requirements
- Allied Health Professional credential
- 2+ years of cardiovascular technologist experience
- Previous travel healthcare experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- RCIS certification recommended
