Ob/Gyn Sonographer Job in Austin, TX

North Austin Medical Center is seeking an Ob/Gyn Sonographer for a 13-week contract assignment. You will join a dedicated ultrasound team performing maternal-fetal medicine imaging in a weekday-only role.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Weekdays only; no on-call or weekend requirements
• Patient ratio of 6–8 patients per sonographer

Clinical Responsibilities

• Perform first, second, and third trimester obstetric ultrasound scans
• Conduct fetal echocardiograms, CVS, and amniocentesis procedures
• Operate GE Voluson E22 and GE Voluson E10 ultrasound equipment
• Document findings in the Viewpoint EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional credential (Ultrasound Tech/Sonographer)
• Minimum 2 years of obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine sonography experience
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Fetal echocardiogram certification
• Nuchal translucency and nasal bone certification
• MFM Sonographer with FE registry or fetal cardiac scanning experience
