Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• 5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 4x10 schedule available by request, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with one random day off
• Weekend coverage required once per month in acute care setting
• May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
• All RTO requests must be included with submission
• Work primarily in outpatient clinic setting with some acute care coverage
• Monthly weekend coverage will be in acute care setting
• Daily census of 9-10 patients with 4-5 evaluations and treatments per day
• Treats patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Virginia Physical Therapy license required
• DPT or Master's degree required
• Outpatient clinic and acute care experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Required certifications: BLS
• Epic charting system experience preferred
