Occupational Therapist Job in St. Louis, MO

You will work as an Occupational Therapist in a long-term care setting at Vertical Health Services - Atrium Place Health and Rehabilitation in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a temporary position running 91 days, starting July 13, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• 5x8 day shift (no weekends, no on-call)
• Weekly pay: $2,448

Your Responsibilities

• Design and administer individualized treatment programs to increase residents' functional abilities
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination
• Design and fabricate splints according to physicians' prescriptions
• Work directly with residents to enhance overall functional independence
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Supervise occupational therapy assistants and aides under clinical oversight

Requirements

• Missouri state occupational therapy license required
• 2 years of occupational therapy experience preferred
• Long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience required
