<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days-of-the-week schedule<br>• 40 weekly guaranteed hours<br>• No on-call requirements<br>• Required licenses: AART or RCIS, NV State License (must have NV license in hand before start date)<br>• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)<br>• 2 years of Nuclear Med experience required<br>• Provide Nuclear Medicine Services to patients of all age groups from Neonatal to Geriatric<br>• Work with state-of-the-art scintillation cameras, computers, and support equipment<br>• Communicate with physicians and nursing personnel regarding patient scheduling and preparations<br>• Perform minor clerical duties and may be required to work overtime as needed<br>• May be required to float to other departments based on competency level<br>• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and additional shifts<br>• Work in extremely busy and fast-paced environment serving a 500-mile radius</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare facility is the region's only Level II Trauma Center, featuring 800 inpatient beds and 80 emergency department beds. The organization is home to the region's only children's hospital and offers leading-edge services including a robotic surgery institute, groundbreaking brain and nerve care, and comprehensive heart and cancer services.
