CT Technologist Job in Wilmington, NC

Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) providing CT imaging support across inpatient, emergency, trauma level II, and comprehensive stroke services.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Manage approximately 98 patients per 24-hour day
• Operate GE and Siemens CT equipment with proficiency
• Work with Epic and Synapse-Fuji systems
• Float within facility as operational needs require
• Handle contrast administration and PACS workflows
• Complete non-billable modules (2–10 hours expected during assignment)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience
• Current BLS, ARRT, AART Advanced Certification, and RT(R)(CT) credentials
• Proficiency with GE and Siemens equipment
• Experience in inpatient, ER, and trauma imaging
• Familiarity with contrast protocols and PACS
• Call requirement: no more than 2 twelve-hour shifts per month
• Weekend coverage every weekend
• Solid color scrubs required
• Lab testing completion within 48 hours of signing

• Duration: 91 days (13 weeks)
• Start date: June 24, 2026
• Shift: 3×12 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Weekly pay: $2,339.28
• Location: Wilmington, NC
