Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team providing professional and clinical knowledge in patient care
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• 16 hours per week schedule
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Overtime available at 1.15x multiplier for 36-40 hours/week (billable after 40 hours) or 48 hours/week (billable after 48 hours)
• Call back availability at 1.5x multiplier with 2-hour minimum
• Charge/precept differential at $6/hr available
• Orientation scheduled every Monday
• 2 years of previous experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Epic experience required
• Iowa state license required
• Must not have been a UnityPoint employee in the last 12 months
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility
• Driver's license, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, and supervisory reference required
