Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Day shift position, 4x10 schedule (Monday through Friday)
• 36 weekly guaranteed hours
• Weekend hours as needed
• Call requirements as needed
• Scrub color: Black
• Must have ability to work in a rapid paced environment and navigate multiple computer systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide quality care in an OR setting required
• Must be able to scrub neuro cases
• Work well in a team environment while also being able to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills required
• Coordinate all supplies and instrumentation needed to perform surgical procedures according to established policies and procedures
• Responsible for disposition and/or decontamination of instruments and supplies in the surgical center
• Assist the RN with patient care planning, interventions, and outcomes
• Works under the supervision of the physician/RN and reports to the Director/Manager
• Perform in an outpatient surgery center setting performing Orthopedic, Urologic, Plastics, and General surgery cases
• Required certifications: BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
