Respiratory Therapist Job in Austin, TX

You'll work as a Respiratory Therapist on a 13-week contract assignment at North Austin Medical Center in Austin, TX. This is a day shift position running 12 hours per shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three days per week on a rotating weekend schedule. There are no on-call requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing nebulizer treatments and oxygen therapy
• Managing ventilator care and monitoring
• Providing respiratory support across multiple patient care settings

You'll need current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and RRT to qualify. Experience in ICU, NICU, or PICU settings is preferred for this role.

The assignment runs for 91 days, beginning July 6, 2026. You'll earn $1,445.40 per week. Please note that the facility dress code requires olive green tops and black bottoms.

As an Allied Health Professional in the respiratory therapy field, you'll contribute directly to patient care and work alongside a collaborative clinical team at an established medical center.
