ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills in patient care management
• May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Work every third weekend
• 36 or 48 hour work weeks approved with overtime billable after 40 hours (36-40 hrs/week) or after 48 hours (48 hrs/week)
• 16-hour shifts available
• Care for cardiac, trauma, and neurology patients
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, CPI
• EPIC electronic medical record system experience required
• Minimum 2 years of previous nursing experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Iowa nursing license required (compact allowed)
• Driver's license required
• Charge nurse and preceptor opportunities available with additional compensation
