Telemetry RN Job in Greensboro, NC

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in Telemetry at Cone Health - The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro, NC. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering $2,021.76 weekly, with a start date of May 11, 2026.

Shift & Schedule

• 3x12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend schedule with holidays as needed
• Patient ratio of 6:1

Role Details

You'll care for observation patients, those with respiratory conditions, general medical-surgical diagnoses, palliative and end-of-life care, psychiatric observation patients, diabetes patients, and post-surgical patients. Your skills will include telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV management, wound care, blood product administration, and various medical-surgical procedures.

Float is required when census is down across all Cone Health facilities. You'll receive 48 hours of orientation before taking on your full patient load.

Requirements & Credentials

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Mandatory EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts allowed)
• Previous charge RN experience preferred
