Respiratory Therapist Job in Neenah, WI

ThedaCare - Neenah is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 6-week travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026. You will work 3x12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM to 7:00 AM) with every third weekend required. This role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week at $2,332.80 weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory evaluation and treatment protocols across multiple inpatient units
• Manage adult airway and ventilator care
• Provide basic pediatric airway and ventilation management in the emergency department
• Cover medical/surgical units and emergency department with float capability to a cardiac-focused sister facility
• Utilize Epic charting system for documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of acute care experience
• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Respiratory Therapy
• Current Wisconsin RRT licensure
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Critical care and emergency department skillset
• Epic charting experience within the last year
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
