RN - Resource Float Pool

Job Details:

• Night shift position with ASAP starts only
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• Flexible shift options available: 8, 12, or 16-hour shifts
• Compact license required
• Provide care for long-term residents including medication administration
• Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols required
• Knowledge of MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long-term care facilities required
• Familiarity with operations in Skilled Nursing, Sub-Acute, and Dementia Units required
• Strong background in case management practices required
• Ability to work effectively in a medical office environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, and task management strategies required
• Provide support with specialized areas such as PT, OT, SUD, and pain management
• Assess resident health problems and develop and implement nursing care plans
• Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition
• EMR system: PCC (Point Click Care)
• Preferred candidates will have familiarity with IV skills, IV medications, tube feedings, and light wound care
