Infusion RN Job in Lebanon, NH

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced RN to join D-H Medical Center in Lebanon, NH as an Infusion nurse. This is a day shift position working 5 days per week on 8-hour shifts, with an 89-week contract starting August 17, 2026. You will earn $2,670 weekly.

In this role, you will independently manage adult and pediatric patients receiving non-oncology intravenous and injectable therapies. Your responsibilities include:

• Administering a broad range of therapies including biologic medications, IVIG, immunotherapies, specialty infusions, hydration, blood products, and complex treatment regimens
• Performing comprehensive nursing assessments and reviewing treatment plans and required clinical parameters
• Monitoring patients on an ongoing basis and managing infusion and injection-related reactions
• Providing patient education and care coordination throughout treatment
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Serving as a critical member of the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe treatment delivery and effective patient flow

Required qualifications: Current RN license, previous infusion nursing experience, and strong IV placement and management skills. You must be able to work independently while collaborating effectively with your healthcare team.
