Occupational Therapist Job in Fort Dodge, IA

UnityPoint at Home - Fort Dodge is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a temporary home health position. You will join an interdisciplinary team, applying your clinical knowledge and skills to support patient care in the home setting.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour days (days shift)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,736
• Location: Fort Dodge, IA

Responsibilities:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary care team
• May float within the same discipline across local campuses
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• No on-call or weekend requirements

Schedule & Flexibility:

• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Required to work 1–2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Overtime available: Option for 36–40 hrs/week with OT billable after 40 hours, or 48 hrs/week with OT billable after 48 hours

• Orientation scheduled every Monday

Requirements:

• Current Iowa state license
• BLS certification (required)
• EPIC experience (required)
• Minimum 1 year of previous OT experience
• At least 1 completed travel contract (preferred)
• Taxable address must be located outside 50 miles from facility
• Cannot be a former employee of this organization within the last 12 months
