Physical Therapist Job in Fishkill, NY

You'll work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient rehabilitation setting at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall in Fishkill, NY. This is a 13-week travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026, with day shifts.

• Option 1: Monday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Option 2: Monday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the outpatient care setting
• Use EPIC charting system for all patient documentation
• Maintain communication with the clinical team

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Valid Physical Therapist license

Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,505.60
• Duration: 91 days
• Shift type: Days
• Cancellation policy: You may use up to 36 hours of call-offs during the 13-week assignment. If you need to cancel the assignment entirely, 14 days notice is required.
