Job Details:

• Assignment duration: minimum 12 weeks, maximum 20 weeks
• Provide direct clinical care to assigned ICU/CCU patients on a per-shift basis
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care as needed
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency standards for clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Work at unit level providing critical care nursing services
• Onboarding location: HR office located behind the hospital in the 2-story office building, 1st floor Suite 107
