Med Surg RN Job in York, ME

You will work as a Registered Nurse on the Medical Surgical unit at York Hospital in York, Maine. This is a night shift position running from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 12-hour shifts scheduled three days per week for a total of 36 hours weekly. You will earn $2,412 per week.

Shift and Schedule Details

• Night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week, 3 shifts per week
• No on-call responsibilities
• No block scheduling
• Every other weekend required

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS/BCLS certification
• Previous medical surgical nursing experience required
• Telemetry experience preferred

This assignment runs for 91 days, with a start date of July 20, 2026. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. The unit focuses on adult patients with medical and surgical conditions, including orthopedic cases.

You bring your clinical expertise to a stable schedule without the demands of on-call coverage. Every other weekend rotation allows for predictable time off during alternate weeks.
