RN - Vascular OR

Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts per week from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Call responsibilities required: one night of call per week and one weekend of call per month
• 30-minute call response time with available housing for on-call periods
• Holiday call coverage required as needed
• Experience with vascular surgery procedures including peripheral artery bypass, AAA repair, carotid endarterectomies, fistula creation, amputations, and endovascular surgery (EVAR, TCAR, TAG) required
• Knowledge of both open vascular and endovascular procedures required
• Must be able to circulate and sedate patients
• Experience with sedation preferred
• May cover thoracic procedures as well
• Handle 14-16 cases per day across 6 suites
• Must have experience in Cardiac, Thoracic, or Vascular surgery
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• May need to float within other services of Heart and Vascular Institute
• Wear ceil blue surgical scrubs provided by hospital
• One week unit orientation required
• Must provide copy of diploma during onboarding for POC license
• Charting system: EPIC
• Driver's license address must be outside 50 miles from facility
