Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

• Work in a 32-bed unit serving adult and older adult patient populations
• Maintain a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Care for trauma patients and administer Heparin drips and all acute medications as ordered
• Utilize specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
• Work with EPIC EMR system
• No requested time off (RTO) permitted
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must have documented medical/telemetry experience
• Must have a completed skills checklist on file
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or prior NICHE training is a plus
• Badge-appropriate photo required with submission
