Physical Therapist Job in Muskogee, OK

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment at Muskogee Campus - Xavier Building in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week on day shift.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: May 25, 2026
• Schedule: 5x8 Days
• Weekly pay: $2,664

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment
• Evaluate patients accurately and plan appropriate treatment programs
• Progress patient treatment as appropriate while maintaining productivity standards
• Set and meet functional goals, revising treatment programs as goals are achieved
• Maintain accurate treatment records and complete daily patient charges same-day
• Accurately reflect time spent, procedures performed, and equipment used in patient charges
• Provide instruction to patients, family members, and other healthcare providers
• Follow care path guidelines for patient and family education and home program documentation
• Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments
• Delegate patients to RPTA or other support personnel as appropriate
• Assist with physical therapy observers, volunteers, and students as requested
• Support training of new physical therapy employees
• Attend 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy
• BLS certification
• 0-6 months of related experience
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting
