CNA Job in Rhinelander, WI

Aspirus Rhinelander is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 13-week contract position. You will work 3x12-hour shifts on nights with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Critical Care Unit setting with a 1:12 patient ratio
• Float between Aspirus Rhinelander, Tomahawk, Howard Young, and Eagle River locations as scheduled
• Assist nursing staff with patient hygiene, comfort, and safety
• Chart patient information in the Epic electronic health record system
• Work every other weekend and holiday rotation

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin CNA certification
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1+ years of previous inpatient hospital experience
• Critical Care Unit experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate Degree or Certificate

Position Details:

• No on-call or callback requirements
• Float scheduling is prescheduled in advance
• Clean, work-appropriate scrubs in any color
• Start date: November 9, 2026
