Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Memphis, TN

Methodist University Hospital in Memphis is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment. This role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with guaranteed 40 hours per week and no weekend or on-call requirements.

About the Role

You will work in a full-service nuclear medicine department within a large hospital setting. Your responsibilities include patient imaging, radiopharmaceutical preparation, and quality control procedures. The patient ratio is 1:5 in this busy unit, providing meaningful clinical experience while maintaining manageable workflow.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 20, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,592
• Shift: 5×8 days (Monday–Friday)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent nuclear medicine technologist experience
• Prior travel assignment experience required
• Large hospital experience required
• Full-service nuclear medicine department experience required
• Current ARRT (Registered Technologist – Nuclear Medicine Technology) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support, American Heart Association)
• Must reside at least 100 miles from Memphis to be considered
• EPIC experience preferred

Additional Information

This assignment includes one holiday restriction on requested time off. While weekends are not required, you have the option to pick up additional shifts if desired. First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.
