OR RN Job in Lawton, OK

Memorial Health is seeking an RN for the Operating Room on a travel assignment in Lawton, OK. This is a quick-start position with urgent need.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: April 27, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,482

Your Responsibilities:

You will deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and perioperative services areas. You will act as a patient advocate for all patient populations and maintain surgical standards of nursing practice.

• Set priorities and organize your workload effectively while managing changes in assignment
• Integrate multiple assignments with multilevel personnel
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of sterile technique
• Develop and implement total nursing care through patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, and care plans
• Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients, including pediatric and geriatric populations
• Conduct reassessments as per policy
• Adequately assess and reassess pain using appropriate pain management techniques
• Participate in and implement age-specific care and interaction
• Collaborate with the healthcare team including RNs, LPNs, NAs, physicians, and ancillary disciplines

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse Program
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to team concept and strong task completion skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

You will complete departmental orientation and age-specific training as part of onboarding.
