Opportunity:

RN - Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call requirement 2-3 weekdays per month
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports
• Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff
• Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Required certifications: RN license (single state or compact), BLS certification
• Associates degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize use of technology for clinical care
