Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:17 PM
• Assignment duration: 13 to 16 weeks
• Nurse-to-patient ratios vary by unit: 1:7 or 1:8 on 5B Floor Neuro Tele, 1:4 on 5T Cardiac Stepdown unit, and 1:6 to 1:7 on 6T Post Op
• Must call House Supervisor at 901-765-1968 for any shift cancellations
• Dress code: RNs must wear ceil blue or white scrubs
• Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients per shift
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work in various telemetry units including Neuro Tele, Cardiac Stepdown, and Post Op
