<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts, days or nights<br>• Every other weekend requirement (written confirmation required before submission)<br>• Float between NICU and Pediatrics Acute Care units<br>• Home unit assignment of NICU, PICU, or Pediatrics determined upon arrival<br>• Must have Labor & Delivery experience as primary placement will be in L&D<br>• 2 years minimum experience in children's hospital within the last 3 years required<br>• Level 1 adult facility experience may be considered for strong clinicians<br>• NICU or PICU experience required<br>• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP (for L&D placement), Indiana State License<br>• PALS preferred<br>• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA<br>• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)<br>• First time travelers accepted<br>• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays<br>• Care for neonates, infants, and pediatric patients<br>• Experience with ventilator weaning, arterial blood gas interpretation, and various respiratory equipment required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This specialized children's hospital provides comprehensive pediatric care with advanced respiratory therapy services across multiple units including NICU, PICU, and pediatric acute care.
