ICU Registered Nurse Job in Cleveland, OH

Assignment Details:

• Shift: 3x12 Nights
• Duration: 90 days
• Start Date: June 7, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,059.20

Your Role:

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, utilizing a virtual nursing support system that augments your clinical judgment and assists with patient monitoring. This position exists due to replacement need for a departing traveler. The unit is currently experiencing a nursing vacancy rate of 35.7%, making your contribution essential to patient care continuity and team stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and intensive monitoring in the ICU setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team including physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
• Utilize virtual nursing technology to enhance patient safety and care coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Respond to changing patient acuity and advocate for patient needs

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Ohio
• Current certifications applicable to ICU nursing (ACLS, BLS, or other relevant credentials)
• Experience in critical care or cardiac care preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and manage fast-paced environments
