Med Surg RN Job in Nashville, TN

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the medical-surgical unit at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. This is a travel nursing position with a duration of 91 days, starting June 15, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• 3x12 hour shifts, nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Weekly pay: $1,918.44

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care on a medical-surgical nursing unit
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs throughout your shift
• Administer medications as prescribed and document all interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other team members
• Assist patients with education about their diagnoses and treatment plans
• Support discharge planning and coordinate post-acute care resources

What We're Looking For

• Current RN licensure in Tennessee
• Medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

This is a backfill position with one opening available. You'll join an established medical-surgical team and contribute to patient-centered care at a community hospital setting.
