CT Technologist Job in Wausau, Wisconsin

Aspirus Wausau Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist to join our imaging department. This is a travel position running for 91 days, starting September 21, 2026.

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures using GE and Siemens scanners
• Operate imaging equipment with precision and patient safety as top priority
• Document patient information and scan results using Epic charting system
• Maintain equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and clinical staff

Schedule and Hours

• Primary schedule: 5x8-hour days with start times between 6:00 AM and 12:30 PM
• Shifts may alternate between 5x8-hour and 4x10-hour schedules
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Every 4th weekend required
• Holiday rotation every other holiday
• On-call availability may be required during low census hours
• May be required to float to additional locations as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience
• Hands-on experience with GE and Siemens scanners
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Current ARRT CT certification
• Valid Wisconsin State License
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology; Bachelor's Degree preferred
