PACU Registered Nurse Job in Rhinelander, WI

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at St. Mary's Hospital - Rhinelander. This is a 13-week travel contract offering stability and clear expectations.

Schedule & Compensation

• 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week
• 40 guaranteed hours weekly at $2,505.60 per week
• On-call requirements: one weekend every 6th or 7th week
• Weekend and holiday coverage for on-call duties
• Minimum 2-hour call back requirement
• Eligible for 36 hours of low census pay

Role Expectations

• Minimum 2+ years of PACU experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Active Wisconsin RN License required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing required

Important Details

• You must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Position is subject to low census and may result in placement on call
• Mask wearing required during flu season if flu and COVID vaccinations are declined
