Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekend coverage every other weekend, may vary based on need
• Floating to other units required as needed
• Work in all areas of pediatrics including PICU, NICU, ER, and Acute Care
• Perform aerosol set up (mask and trach), bag and mask, capillary blood gases, and apnea monitoring
• Administer respiratory medications including Albuterol, Atrovent, Flovent, Mucomyst, and Xopenex
• Operate high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), metered dose inhaler (MDI), trach collar, and hand-held devices
• At least 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Medication systems used: Pyxis and Omnicell
• Required certifications: SC RRT license, BLS, NRP, PALS, ACLS
• Pediatric critical care experience required
