Interventional Radiology RN Job in Tulsa, OK

You will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures at Yale Campus - Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This 89-day travel assignment offers a 4x10 day shift schedule with weekly pay of $2,516.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies
• Monitor and evaluate patient functional status throughout procedures and recovery
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and individualize plans of care within established nursing guidelines
• Provide culturally sensitive nursing care with attention to psychosocial factors and patient age
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the interventional radiology patient population
• Document the nursing process and care accurately, concisely, and legibly using correct medical terminology
• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning with timely and appropriate referrals
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology (IR) experience
• ICU experience required
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience
• Omnicell experience
