Therapy/Rehabilitation - PT Inpatient Rehab @ Sutter Health Coast Hospital

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist Inpatient</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Friday through Tuesday schedule with flexibility to float between inpatient, acute rehabilitation unit, and outpatient rehab as needed<br>• Focus on acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation services<br>• Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength<br>• Develop and implement individualized physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning<br>• Complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide treatment per established standards<br>• Provide clinical supervision to assistants and aides, and serve as clinical instructor for assigned students<br>• Complete accurate documentation including charge capture and medical records per regulatory requirements<br>• Maintain clean, safe working environment and inspect equipment per manufacturer guidelines<br>• Participate in quality improvement processes and interdisciplinary projects<br>• Required certifications: California Physical Therapist License and BLS Certification<br>• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required<br>• Epic charting system experience preferred<br>• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy graduate program required<br>• Must maintain continuing education requirements and professional certifications</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive rehabilitation services department providing inpatient acute care, acute rehabilitation unit services, and outpatient rehabilitation programs.
