CO - RN OR Circulator - Days

<p><strong>RN Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>RN - Circulator OR</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Provide expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and their families in the operating room<br>• Work as a circulating nurse responsible for overall patient safety and surgical environment management<br>• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or from a valid compact state required<br>• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required<br>• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required<br>• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety and satisfaction<br>• Demonstrate ability to triage incoming patient requests for services<br>• Deliver patient education to facilitate plan of care and promote optimal wellness<br>• Delegate care appropriately according to Colorado statute<br>• Demonstrate competent healthcare assessment skills, prioritizing skills and critical thinking abilities<br>• Handle high telephone volume of patient requests for medications, information and assistance<br>• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to patient safety guidelines<br>• Coordinate patient care with other physician practices and healthcare facilities<br>• Work independently with minimal supervision<br>• Utilize Relationship-Based Care principles to advocate for patient safety and preferences<br>• Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times<br>• Quick start position available</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This ambulatory surgery center specializes in providing high-quality outpatient surgical services in a state-of-the-art facility.
