Cat Scan Tech - Cat Scan Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Must be flexible with work hours to meet department needs
• Perform CT scans and provide safe, age-appropriate patient care
• Verify proper clinician orders and obtain complete clinical history
• Administer contrast media following established procedures
• Review CT/radiographic images for clinically acceptable results
• Respond to emergency situations and maintain life support equipment
• Demonstrate proficiency with power injection loading and operation
• Maintain competency with venipuncture procedures
• Perform patient transport, positioning, and assistance on/off procedure table
• Complete patient charging activities on the day service is rendered
• Take call when necessary
• Required certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography), ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography), BLS
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology required
• Less than 1 year CT experience preferred
• Must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure while participating in team environment
• Must be detail-oriented with capacity to multitask effectively
