Opportunity:

Technologist - Multi-Modality Radiology

Job Details:

• Primarily CT imaging with X-ray support responsibilities
• Sole imaging staff member on shift; ER staff available to assist with lifting if needed
• Responsible for patient transport to and from imaging
• Approximately 65 scans per day
• Weekends scheduled as needed; no on-call requirements
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming Summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed
• Minimum 12 months of CT Tech experience required
• Minimum 12 months of X-Ray experience required
• Somatom Xcite equipment experience required; first-time travelers accepted if they have somatom experience
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Shimadzu fixed room and portables experience highly preferred
• IV start experience highly preferred
• ARRT (CT) and (R) certifications required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC)
• Iowa Radiology license highly preferred; licensing candidates will be considered (1-3 week turnaround)
• PACS system used: McKesson/Change Healthcare
• Scrubs: any color solid tops and bottoms
• Active ARRT at time of submission required
• Skills checklist specific to discipline required
• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO within 24 months preferred
• Driver's license required
• Work history/resume required
